Report a Streetlight Outage

To report a streetlight outage, you must have the pole number on which the streetlight is mounted.

Additionally, you must note the nearest house number to the pole and the nearest intersection; for example, "the light on pole # 24 on Main Street near the intersection of Hamlin Street has gone out"
