Town Hall Lobby Hours Reopening

Effective Monday, March 22, 2021, the Town Hall and Parting Ways buildings will have open lobby hours for town services from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  This shortened schedule of open lobby hours will remain in place until Monday, April 5, 2021, at which point the lobby hours will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  These measures were put in place as a proactive measure to protect the residents and Town employees against the spread of COVID-19. 

If you are visiting Town buildings, please keep in mind the following:

• Masks are mandatory. 
• We are under capacity limitations and can only allow one person into an office at a time.  When you enter the lobby, you will need to ring the bell for the appropriate department and once space allows, they will unlock the lobby door to allow you into the building.  
• Temperature kiosks are located in the lobbies, and all individuals entering the building will be asked to stand in front of the kiosk to validate that they do not have a fever. 
• The Treasurer/Collector, Town Clerk, and Building Departments all have "walk-up window service" that will be available as the weather permits to accomodate our residents without having to enter the confines of the building. 
• We still ask that you call ahead to make appointments for any services you need.  Many times, your questions can be answered easily over the phone by our employees.
