DEP Title 5 Nitrogen Regulations

A Public Meeting on the proposed Title 5 DEP Regulations Nitrogen Areas Special Session will be held at the Council on Aging,  January 12th at 6:00 p.m.  The Board of Selectmen hopes to solicit feedback from the Public.  The DEP has extended its public comment period through January 30, 2023, and the Town is soliciting this feedback to submit to the Mass DEP.  Anyone interested should attend the meeting or visit the massDEP website at www.mass.gov
