RMV Transition to ATLAS
As you may know, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has completed the rollout of Release 1 of the implementation of the new ATLAS system for Driver Services which went live on March 26, 2018.
We are working hard on Release 2, the ATLAS implementation of Vehicle Services. This is set to launch on November 12, 2019, and marks the completion of the transition from the RMV’s Automated License and Registration System (ALARS) to ATLAS.
ATLAS provides business partners, organizations, and the general public with new, modern, and more convenient ways to access and share data with the RMV to conduct business quickly and reliably.
