Notice is hereby given under Chapter 148, Section 13 of the Massachusetts General Laws that P.J. Keating Co., of 72 South Main Street, Acushnet, MA, has applied for an amendment to an existing fuel storage license at 72 South Main Street, Acushnet, MA, dated July 11, 1995. The current license is for the storage of 88,000 gallons aboveground and 12,000 gallons underground of liquid asphalt, diesel fuel, waste oil, motor oil and/or gasoline. The amendment is to relocate three (3) liquid asphalt storage tanks on-site: Tank 1 containing 20,000 gallons; Tank 2 containing 20,000 gallons; and Tank 3 containing 30,000 gallons.

A public hearing on the above referenced amended fuel storage license application has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the auditorium of the Albert F. Ford Middle School, 708 Middle Road, Acushnet, MA 02743.
