ABLE Bodies Balance Training offers an activity-based class to improve balance and mobility for both fit and frail older adults. This weekly program focuses on 5 components that are combined to improve the balance and assist in everyday activities. Classes consist of sitting, standing and movement exercises all taken at each participants own pace. Join certified instructor Pati Cautillo for this new Title III funded program. Every Friday, 1:00 p.m. Acushnet Senior Community Center, 59 1/2 South Main Street. $2.00 suggested, voluntary donation per class.
