Officer Derek Cathcart Accepting his Life Saving Award from District Attorney Tom Quinn & Officer Cathcart's Family

In 2013 Officer Cathcart quickly and calmly rescued a 53 year old woman who was found submerged in her vehicle in the Lake Stree Pond.  Officer Cathcart was able to coordinate civilians to aid him in this chaotic rescue and ensure the safety of all.
