What Is Needed:
Letter of Denial from the Building Department and nine (9) sets of Plans.
For the Town Clerk's Office:
One (1) original application and one (1) copy of plans along
with letter of denial from the Building Department.
For the Board of Appeals:
Copy of the application and letter of denial along with nine
(9)
copies of the plans and receipt from Assessors office, showing you have paid for
abutter list.
Town Clerk must receive paperwork by Noon on the first Monday of the Month.
Board of Appeals will hear the case the following Month. Board of Appeals
Meetings are usually held on the first Monday of every Month at 7:15 pm, at the
Acushnet Community Center, 232 Middle Road, Acushnet, MA.
